Filip has 20 years of experience in the finance and IT industry as a project manager, business developer and business manager. He has a passion for improving organisations and leading and engaging people to achieve their goals. He has delivered large and complex projects with a focus on finance and business management of both core and support processes, process automation and system implementations within various business sectors in the private and public sector.
Filip is currently managing the implementation of a project where he helps a construction company with needs analysis, procurement and implementation of an ERP solution. Prior to that, Filip had the role of program manager for a transformation project at a debt collection company where data analysis was moved to the cloud in Azure.
Before iwow, Filip was a manager at CGI, where he led the consultancy for the Raindance ERP system and the TWIN360 Cash Management System at CGI in Stockholm. In that role, Filip handled consultants, clients and sales of CGI-owned IT solutions.
Filip also has experience from Acando and Accenture, where he worked as a Management Consultant in finance and follow-up,
Besides his work, Filip likes to spend time at the ice hockey rink where he coaches a team of boys born in 2010, spending time with his family and traveling to the ski slope or the beaches in Spain.
Henrik has a broad background in the IT industry and has worked as a Project Manager, Business Advisor, Engagement Manager and Sales Specialist. Over the years, Henrik has delivered several digital transformation projects with a focus on ERP, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Business Intelligence (BI). This gives him a broad knowledge of the most important components to deliver a successful digital transformation project.
Henrik also has experience working with Agile IT Development and Product Management. He has participated in developing product paths and has been Project Manager for requirements specification projects. Henrik has strong communication skills and handling stakeholders at all organisational levels is something that has been present throughout Henrik’s career.
Before iwow, Henrik was a Project Manager, Consultant, Engagement Manager and Sales Specialist at CGI.
In addition to his work, Henrik is a running enthusiast and likes to explore new food and wine. So if you have questions about interval training or are looking for a new interesting wine to try, Henrik is the one to talk to.
Jarkko is an experienced leader and expert in digitization and automation, with a solid track record of successfully completed projects for various functions within organisations. He has extensive experience in leading and implementing solutions that streamline and improve operations.
Previously, Jarkko was the head of Intelligent Automation at Capgemini, where he led and supported a team of 30 consultants and the team’s deliverables. Prior to that, he worked at Telenor Sweden as Manager Automation and Automation Tech Lead, as well as at CGI Sweden as the Sweden manager for RPA. In these roles, Jarkko led automation programs and agile projects, established automation strategies and platforms, and digitised a variety of processes and created analytics using Process Mining.
Jarkko’s career in data began back in 2006 at Affecto in Finland, where he worked as Senior Consultant, Team Lead and Senior Manager. He has had assignments as Project Manager, Service Manager, ETL Engineer, expert in DW and BI.
This broad experience gives Jarkko a deep understanding of different technologies, from data to processes, and how to deliver successful data and digitisation projects. He has used his experiences to create the LEAP methodology for digitisation.
In his spare time, Jarkko enjoys walking with his Japanese Pointed Setter, playing board games with his son and practicing Argentine Tango with his partner.
Klara is a certified Project Manager (CAPM) and has several years of experience in the IT industry, including in IT Project Management, IT Support, Consulting, System Development and Presales. She is driven by leading, creating business value and helping customers in the best possible way.
In recent years, Klara has led several projects, such as implementation of new infrastructure, implementation of a new ITSM system and migration of infrastructure from Google to Microsoft. She has also worked as a consultant in CRM with a focus on digitising and automating the customer’s CRM process.
She has high competence in planning, structuring, managing stakeholders and delivering activities in large projects with many parties. As a person, Klara is driven, communicative, responsive with a great interest in developing.
Before iwow, Klara was IT Project Manager, IT Consultant and Presales specialist at Zitac.
Alongside Klara’s work, she is a trained personal trainer and likes almost all forms of exercise. Besides training, she likes to travel, try new restaurants and spend time with family and friends.
Marcus is a committed business analyst and project manager with a decade of experience. His dedication and expertise have been instrumental in successful projects and business initiatives over the years. He thrives best in environments where he has the opportunity to fuse the latest technology with the organisation’s business needs to create added value that promotes business growth and competitiveness.
Marcus has not only accumulated knowledge and experience over the years, he has also demonstrated his ability to be a leader and drive digital change journeys. He has held various roles, including Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Scrum Master. Marcus has worked in several different areas, such as ERP, Cloud and Web. This versatility makes him an asset in navigating complex IT projects.
His core strengths include skilled communication, understanding and meeting stakeholder needs, and driving work from vision to concretely delivered solution. Marcus also has a strong ability to inspire and lead team members towards a common vision.
Before Marcus joined iwow, he worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Capgemini. There he contributed to successful projects in various industries and developed a broad competence in technology and agile working methods.
Besides his work, Marcus enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places and playing badminton.
Pelle has 25 years of IT experience that ranges from detailed software development to high-level IT strategy work. He has delivered large and complex IT programs, including restructuring programs that have gone off course.
Pelle has been involved in all phases of projects: sales, delivery, followed by application management / service management and key account management. Services have included CRM, ERP, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), cash handling and management, AI, RPA, web & portal, e-commerce, infrastructure, quality assurance, mobile and agile.
Before iwow, Pelle was Vice President at CGI. As a line manager for approximately 150 resources, he had P&L responsibility and led transformation programs. Pelle’s previous experiences include Accenture, a start-up in Silicon Valley and Saab Combitech.
Besides his work, Pelle likes to discuss movies, walk his cocker-poo in the forest and enjoy snowboarding on the slopes.
Philip is a consultant with extensive experience in Project and Program Management as well as Business Development. He is used to leading, directing and managing all aspects of a project within various functional and industry areas.
Previous assignments include building and launching new IT and E-commerce Solutions, Portfolio Management, connecting strategy with execution through operational models, as well as implementing efficient processes, Business Intelligence solutions and other IT tools.
Philip is an open-minded, proactive and structured consultant with a holistic perspective. He is a team player and two of his specialties are finding ways forward in complex global environments and managing stakeholders.
Before iwow, Philip was a senior Business & IT Consultant and Project Manager at CGI. He also has a background from Acando’s Trainee and Talent Program, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Economics and is a former Swedish champion in ice hockey.
In addition to his work, Philip enjoys reading books, solving crossword puzzles and playing sports.
